1 Introduction and Definitions

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

bdtk31 services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all related transactions may be cancelled.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

bdtk31 reserves the right to restrict services for users in certain regions. The user must ensure that use of this service from their current location is permissible under applicable local laws and regulations.

3.3 One Account Policy

A maximum of one active account is permitted per household, address or IP address. In the event of a violation of this policy, all associated accounts may be closed.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Placing bets on prohibited games using bonus funds may result in the bonus being cancelled.

• bdtk31 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

bdtk31's VIP program has five tiers, each offering different benefits and weekly cashback offers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation and betting activity.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bdtk31 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), which applies to all payment methods. Deposits can be made through the following methods:

6.3 Consequences of Violations

If any user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, bdtk31 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without notice and to confiscate funds. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 bdtk31's Rights

bdtk31 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Security or fraud concerns.
• The user's own request.

7.2 User Rights

A user may voluntarily close their account at any time. In this case, any remaining real money will be returned after all verification is completed. Unused bonus funds are non-refundable.
